The Primal Essence Retreat is a sacred 7-day journey designed to help you release old patterns, reclaim your power, and remember the wholeness of your being. Guided by the lush jungles and turquoise waters of Costa Rica, this immersive experience weaves together movement, sound, ceremony, and community to awaken the primal wisdom within.

Through Embodied Divine Feminine Flow, Internal Family Systems–inspired self-exploration, somatic practices, breathwork, and sound healing, you’ll be held in a container of deep transformation. Together we’ll move through shadow into celebration — honoring the cycles of release and rebirth that bring us home to ourselves.
